Mission Trip Roundup

Typical equipment for many countries

Each month we receive requests from medical professionals who are going on mission trips. In the past month, some of the countries that have received supplies are Cuba, Ghana, Mexico, Haiti, and Guatemala. Deer Flat
Church is sending a team to Cuba and is taking basic medical supplies. Ghana Make a Difference is an Idaho charity that provides for orphaned children in Ghana. Tito and Judy Villanueva traveled to Mexico and took
supplies to a clinic that had nothing. A Boise physician is traveling to Haiti soon and has requested supplies for the whole team to take. Our own volunteers, Greg and Barb Galloway, and their son, Tristan, went on a dental mission trip to Guatemala.

You can read more about the Galloway medical mission trip and about their volunteering family here.

Even if you are not a medical professional, you can request supplies to take to bless mission organizations in other countries. For some countries, like Cuba and Haiti, it is not possible to get a 40’ container in; a mission trip is the only way we can get supplies into the country. Medical supplies have opened the door for many people to hear about the love of Jesus Christ for the first time.
