Mission Trip to Guatemala – Galloway Family
Our own volunteers, Greg and Barb Galloway, and their son, Tristan, went on a dental mission trip to Guatemala and take supplies from Hands of Hope NW with them. They sent this thank you note.
“We’d like to thank Hands of Hope for the donations of gloves, gauze and masks that we took to Amatitlan, Guatemala, the last week of April. Greg, Tristan and I served with 7 other Idahoans, 1 Canadian, and 19 USC dental students or dentists. USC’s Christian Medical Dental Association along with Monte Sion Mission sponsored this outreach that served over 300 Guatemalans. Blessings. Barb Galloway for Greg and Dr. Tristan Galloway DDS.”
Greg Galloway (above right) is a nurse practitioner working for the Boise VA in their home-based Primary Care department. He is an avid hunter, looking forward to an Alaska hunt with son, Tristan, in August. Dr. Tristan Galloway is a dentist (left, praying for a patient). Barb Galloway is a retired teacher and does Tristan’s accounts payable at his dental office. Together, Greg and Barb enjoy traveling, antiquing, and spending time with their children and 5-month-old grandson. Daughter, Kindra, who volunteered here during her time at NNU, just started her 4th year of medical school at Liberty University in Virginia. Daughter, Shanae, who works at NNU, also volunteers! Thanks to all of you for your heart for ministry!
