December Ghana Shipment Defies the Weather!

Despite the cold, wet weather, our loading crew was able to send out another shipment to Ghana in the middle of December. This was a valuable shipment worth $273,841 and weighing 19,375 pounds! We are always amazed at what is given away that might otherwise have ended up in the landfill!

Our partner in Ghana said, “It will be distributed to orphans, elderly persons, school children, the disabled and invalids.”

Nampa College Church of the Nazarene contributed 45 boxes of clothing for this shipment. Hands of Hope NW began at College Church and we are very thankful for their continued partnership! We are also grateful for the faithful volunteers who come out no matter the weather to load containers.
