Nigeria Shipment
In June, we shipped a container of medical equipment and supplies worth over $200,000 to Nigeria through our partner, the Rehoboth Foundation. By supplying quality medical support to under-served communities in Nigeria, we hope to make a positive impact on the total life expectancy, which is only 54.5, according to a 2017 WHO report.
The pictures show the loading crew doing another great job of fitting everything they can into the 40-foot container. There are two sayings that we use when shipping. We don’t ship junk and we don’t ship air! A great example of how volunteers continue to make a difference at Hands of Hope NW and around the world.
